Four Eyes… of the shaded variety

I love sunglasses. I have a small collection – currently at about 12 pairs – 3 of those I rotate on a daily basis – depending on how I feel. The others sit quietly in a draw waiting for their moment to come again. My favorite… a pair of Dolce & Gabbana I bought in Amalfi whilst holiday with  my sister… aaah those were the days!

Something for Kate…

The other day I wrote about New York, the love for the city and the ability to get lost in amongst the concrete jungle. I should however speak of my second favorite city… London. One of my dearest friends  has the pleasure of residing in this great city. She has the ability to jump on a train to Paris or nip over to Rome – something that is in-comprehendible when living in Australia. When you travel people often tell you ‘wow Australians always travel for a long time – 4 weeks, 6 weeks sometimes months on end’… the reason… it takes us so long to get there why on earth would we want to leave so soon… and so… this post… is for her… so jealous.

Luxurious Luxary…

Every time I see one I have to try it on… Today there were 5 of them hanging in a row. The beautiful variations in colour and that feeling of wrapping yourself up on a cold winters day… Real or Faux – it is up to you…  but I tell you what – one day a fur coat WILL make it into my wardrobe…

Its beginning to look a lot like… WINTER!

I am so excited… the air is getting cooler the nights darker. I do love summer but I am even more in love with Winter! Big coats, scarf upon scarf, thick woolly socks and boots… boots of all kinds… biker, platform, studded, long and short – especially loving the Chloe Susanna Studded Buckle boots… AMAZING!! Bring on the chill!!
